Debris box Terms & Conditions
- Price is based on 4 ½ ton max weight in debris boxes, any additional weight will be charged at $150 per ton.
- All box rentals are for a period of (7) days unless approve by P.H.D.
- Customer takes full responsibility for damages done to sidewalks, concrete curbs, driveway’s, landscaping & underground utilities etc.
- Boxes cannot be filled over top rail.
- No excavator or bobcat loading to any of P.H.D boxes, if any damages occur additional fees will apply.
Additional fees & exclusion items
- Appliances, Water Heaters.
- TVs & Computer monitors.
- Tires with or without rims.
- Box springs & mattresses.
All Hazardous materials put in boxes will be returned to client at client’s cost.
- Hazardous waste to include but not limited to; oil, paint house hold chemicals, asbestos & our any deemed as hazardous waste under state & federal laws.
- Wet concrete will be charged at a min. of $125 per yard.
Spaced required for Loading & off-Loading boxes.
Debris & Concrete Boxes require a min of 40’ft of straight-line access.
Client is responsible for concrete sidewalks, driveway’s, tree limbs, telephone wires, lawns, etc. if we are instructed to place the box off of the street.
